The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to transportation to the rest of Jerusalem. Enjoyed having a balcony and coffee in the room. I would love to come back to this hotel in the future.

my recent stay at a hotel in Jerusalem was exceptional. the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel like family. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the old city and other tourist sites. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return with friends.

The location was convenient, with the Old City being just a short walk away and easy access to public transportation for day trips. Another advantage was the spacious rooms, which provided plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing, available 24/7 and super helpful when I needed an early morning taxi after the shuttle failed to show. The breakfast spread was mind-blowingly delicious and generous, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The coffee was absolutely jaw-droppingly good. The location was perfect, very close to the old town. The room was clean, quiet, and had a jaw-dropping view. The staff was super friendly and always ready to assist. I had a super stay with no bad experiences at all. Thanks a lot for everything!
